2. We Create A Contract

Once you’ve received an initial quote, we will send you the terms and agreements for the fulfilment contract.

3. Access to Online Platform

We will provide you with the login details to our online platform so you can begin integrating your existing digital services with ours.

4. Upload Your Products

You can then upload your products onto the system, so that we can track your orders and stock and provide you with real-time updates.

5. Send Us Your Products

You’ll need to send your products to our warehouse, so we can store them ready for picking and update the stocks.

6. Selection of Shipping Service

We’ll then discuss the shipping options your products will require (such as next-day or economy options) and select the most appropriate services.

7. Go Live

Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll go live with your fulfilment service and begin processing your orders.

8. We Receive Your Orders

As your orders will be integrated with our systems, when you receive an order we automatically receive it too and begin picking.

9. We Pick, Pack, and Dispatch

We pick, pack, and dispatch your order quickly and efficiently depending on quantities, will either pick individual items or boxes to pack and dispatch.

10. Your Orders Are Delivered

Using the most appropriate shipping service for your orders, we then send the parcel for your happy customers to receive to their door.
